Injection molding is made by suspension polymerization of particles as raw materials, in the ordinary plunger or screw injection molding machine. It should be noted that due to the poor fluidity of the hydraulic particles, the flow resistance of the injection molding system is small, the gate should be used with a larger size of the side gate, the surface of the mold cavity and the flow channel should be smooth, and post-processing is needed to eliminate the internal stress after molding.
Extrusion molding is the suspension polymerization of acrylic particles produced by the form of extrusion into acrylic sheet, bar, pipe, sheet and so on. The acrylic products made of extrusion molding have low molecular weight, weak mechanical properties, low heat resistance and solvent resistance, but this process has high production efficiency and high product flexibility, which is conducive to bending and thermoforming processing.
PVC can use injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, calendering, slicing, foaming and other molding processes.
